The production base for lead, zinc, antimony and renewable resources is located in Hechi Non-ferrous Metal New Material Industrial Park, Nandan County, Hechi City, Guangxi. Centering around Guangxi Nandan Nanfang Metal Co., Ltd. and Nandan County Nanfang Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., it is mainly engaged in the smelting of lead, zinc, and antimony as well as comprehensive resource recovery. Relying on the company's Engineering Research and Development Center for Non-ferrous Metal New Materials, it fully implements the development and application of advanced technologies and the introduction of equipment, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Currently, it has formed an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons of zinc, 200,000 tons of lead, 13,000 tons of antimony, and 1.4 million tons of sulfuric acid, and recovers by-products such as secondary zinc oxide, gold, silver, indium, cadmium, germanium and other valuable metals.
While pursuing production volume, the company never forgets its environmental protection mission. The innovative green manufacturing project of zinc pressure oxidative leaching technology developed by the company is a model of green transformation in the industry. This project adopts the advanced direct pressure oxidative leaching process of zinc sulfide concentrate, which not only significantly improves the production efficiency of electrolytic zinc but also realizes the maximum utilization of resources and the minimum emission of waste. The simultaneous construction of the cadmium recovery system, slag treatment system and supporting sulfuric acid production system has deeply inscribed the word "green" into the genes of the enterprise's development. Since its commissioning, the project has shown a strong development momentum. The production capacity of zinc ingots has doubled, and energy consumption has significantly decreased.
