Operation Overview

In order to firmly establish advanced management concepts, boost the improvement of the company's management, and create a bright future for NF, the group company has established the NF Talent Association.
The NF Talent Association aims to serve as a platform for technical and management exchanges within the company, a platform for talent cultivation and output, a platform for team building, as well as a platform for cultivating, promoting and implementing the corporate culture. Upholding the values of "daring to take responsibility, having the courage to shoulder the burden, being grateful and willing to repay, and striving hard with determination", it endeavors to become the team with the strongest execution ability, learning ability, and innovation ability in the company.
 

Over the years, the NF Talent Association has irregularly selected outstanding employees within the company. For trainees at different levels, it matches appropriate courses and conducts targeted training at different hierarchical levels. Meanwhile, it organizes study tours and inspection activities outside the company, which further enriches the experiences of the trainees. By arranging various practical courses, it has improved the organizational leadership skills of the trainees. At present, many outstanding trainees have assumed management positions and have become the backbone force supporting Nanfang Nonferrous Metals.
