Project Overview: The change project mainly focuses on the change of raw materials. On the basis of originally receiving 5 types of hazardous wastes, 4 additional types of zinc-containing hazardous wastes are to be received: electric furnace dust collection ash and waste cloth bags (HW23 321-001-23), zinc-containing wastes generated from battery manufacturing (HW23 384-001-23), sulfur slag (HW48 321-006-48), and zinc dross (HW48 321-009-48). Among them, electric furnace dust collection ash and waste cloth bags (HW23 321-001-23) and zinc-containing wastes generated from battery manufacturing (HW23 384-001-23) are sent to the volatile kiln of the conventional zinc leaching system, sulfur slag (HW48 321-006-48) is sent to the side-blown furnace of the oxygen pressure leaching zinc system, and zinc dross (HW48 321-009-48) is sent to the zinc powder electric furnace process of the conventional zinc leaching system. Other project contents remain unchanged, the production scale remains unchanged, the electric zinc production capacity of both the conventional zinc leaching system and the oxygen pressure leaching zinc system is 300kt/a, and the total electric zinc production capacity of the entire plant is 600kt/a.
