On the morning of March 29th, in order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the First Session of the 14th National People's Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the closing ceremony of the congress, the Southern Colored Organization held a meeting to convey and study the spirit of the First Session of the 14th National People's Congress. The meeting was chaired by Zheng Yongxiang, the general manager of the group company; Wei Zhenren, deputy to the 14th National People's Congress and director of the First Comprehensive Factory of Nandan Base of the Group Company, conveyed the spirit of the meeting.

At the meeting, Representative Wei Zhenren said affectionately that the First Session of the 14th National People's Congress is the first National People's Congress held after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Being able to attend this congress, he deeply felt the glorious mission and great responsibility.  

At the same time, Wei Zhenren emphasized the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the Two Sessions, interpreted the main contents of the government work report, the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the reports of the two academies, and the State Council's institutional reform plan, and shared them with the attendees based on his own job work, which triggered a positive response from the attendees.
