Southern Nonferrous Metals has always practiced the concept of ecological civilization construction, creating a garden-style green factory. It conducts environmental management work in strict accordance with the requirements of the environmental management system certification, eliminates backward production capacity and processes on schedule in accordance with the requirements of relevant industrial policies. It actively implements cleaner production audits and consciously implements cleaner production. It creates an "environmentally friendly enterprise". It establishes a dedicated environmental management agency, improves and perfects the environmental management system and incorporates it into normal management, records the operation data of environmental protection facilities and establishes environmental protection files to ensure the stable operation of environmental protection facilities. It establishes and improves the emergency plan for environmental pollution accidents and organizes regular drills. It strengthens the management of production technology and equipment, eliminates running, emitting, dripping and leaking, makes full use of various resources and energy, improves the utilization rate of raw materials and energy, and does not produce or produces less waste. Through a series of measures, it ensures that the treatment of production wastewater meets the standards and is recycled, the comprehensive recovery of production waste residue is realized, the treatment of waste gas meets the emission standards, reduces resource waste, improves the operating environment, and further enhances the environmental management capabilities.

The original intention of the Nanfang Company when it was founded was to "serve one place and benefit one place". At the beginning of its establishment, it put forward the goal of "poverty alleviation through industry". Over the years, it has remained true to its original aspiration, bravely shouldered social responsibilities, and actively participated in various social public welfare undertakings. In terms of donating funds and materials for education, employment poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation, consumption poverty alleviation and new rural construction, the cumulative donations have exceeded 327 million yuan.
  • 1.Donating funds for education
    The company has provided assistance to Lile Primary School in Baxu Township, Nandan County for 20 consecutive years by investing in building, donating equipment, sending supplies during regular festivals and conducting volunteer teaching. Over the years, the company has donated more than 9 million yuan in total to Lile Primary School. Together with the Nandan County Government, 158 million yuan was jointly invested to build Chengguan Town Middle School in Nandan County (Nanfang Middle School), which has been put into use. The company donated 148 mu of land (worth 33.07 million yuan) and 2.72 mu of land (worth 910,000 yuan) in Nandan County to the Nandan County Government for free, which were respectively used for the construction of the expansion of the Second Senior High School and the Third Primary School in Nandan County. In 2024, 20 million yuan was donated to support the public welfare project of basic education cooperation between Nandan County and Guangxi Normal University. In the next step, according to the education development plan of Nandan County, we will actively participate in the development and construction of the education cause and continue to contribute the meager strength of the private economy.
  • 2.Employment poverty alleviation
    Accelerate the construction of new projects, actively absorb the labor force of poor households for employment, and invest funds and energy in pre-job, on-the-job training and external study visits for employees, assist in poverty alleviation efforts, and ensure the realization of the goal of "one person employed, the whole family stable".
  • 3.Industrial and consumption poverty alleviation
    Actively seek cooperation opportunities with enterprises in poverty-stricken areas, subscribe to poverty alleviation products as company holiday benefits for distribution, and support the development of local enterprises.
